Terry Thompson 



President and CEO
Terry Thompson graduated cum laude from Northern Michigan University with a BS degree in Medical Technology in 1986 and over the years supplemented his education with many business and marketing courses from Kellogg Graduate School of Management, University of Michigan Business School, Notre Dame University, Kotler Marketing Group, Braun Consulting, Northwestern University, and others.
From 1986-1992, Terry worked as a Technologist and Laboratory Manager in Virginia and Florida laboratories. In 1992, he was hired into the marketing organization of Baxter Healthcare Diagnostics (later known as Dade International, Dade Behring Inc., and currently Siemens Healthcare Diagnostics) where he rapidly advanced holding positions as Technical Specialist, Senior Specialist, Associate Product Manager, Product Manager, Marketing Manager, and Associate Director of Marketing. He has managed growth in product lines with annual sales of over $0.5 billion and managed annual operating budgets up to $0.5 million. In addition, he has managed projects with budgets up to $2 million dollars, was responsible for website redesigns, and implementation of internet marketing into the company's marketing strategy.
In addition to his work experience, Terry has served as Town Commissioner and Planning Commission Chairman for the Town of Bellefonte in Delaware. He was the primary author of the Town Bellefonte Comprehensive Plan, numerous ordinances, and resolutions. He has worked with numerous county, state, and U.S. government officials. Before moving to Florida in 2009, he was recognized by the Town for his efforts in stabilizing the Town's financial and legal status, as well as its plan for future growth.
Brian Dubil 



Senior Web Designer
Brian Dubil received his AS in Computer Graphics and Design from Keiser College in 2001. He has worked in the web development and internet marketing fields ever since and is experienced with .NET, .PHP, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery and Flash. He has extensive knowledge of the Wordpress framework and develops custom apps for Facebook.
Trisha Gaffney 



Marketing Consultant
Trisha Gaffney has had a passion for marketing since childhood. She was raised in St. Louis, MO by parents who both worked in television and radio, so Trisha always knew she would work in the same industry so familiar to her. Trisha previously worked as a Digital Media Consultant with a global multimedia corporation specializing in search engine optimization, search engine marketing, social media marketing, email marketing, text marketing, direct mail and mobile marketing. She is Google Adwords Certified and a Yahoo Strategic Ambassador. In 2011 Trisha won multiple awards based on her performance and she also acquired more new business than any other Digital Media Consultant corporation wide. She joined the Webtivity Team in 2013 to contribute her valuable marketing knowledge and help our clients grow.
James Moore 



Internet Marketing Director
James has over 12 years of web design, development and marketing experience. He has managed Internet Marketing Campaigns with budgets up to $250,000. He is an expert in Search Engine Optimization, Landing Page Optimization, Conversion Rate Optimization, Web Analytics, A/B Testing, and Pay Per Click. Prior to joining Webtivity, James developed Internet Advertising Networks for various industries. Currently he oversees all Internet marketing activities for Webtivity Designs and their clients.
Troy Newport 



Business Development Director
Troy Newport graduated With Distinction from the Pennsylvania State University in 1995 with a BS in Psychology. He worked for 11 years in the health care industry in various administration, marketing and business development positions. He was responsible for designing and implementing various databases, CRM, and was instrumental in rolling out an Electronic Medical Records system. His role at Webtivity includes client needs analysis, campaign strategy development, technical consulting, and workshop extraordinaire.
Troy has presented numerous internet marketing workshops for the Manatee Chamber of Commerce, Lakewood Ranch Business Alliance, Suncoast Technology Forum, Manatee Association of Realtors, and Florida Public Relations Association. He also sits on the Technology Committee for the Manatee Chamber of Commerce, Advisory Board for the Web Design Department at Manatee Technical Institute, and the School of Information Technology at ITT Technical Institute - Bradenton Campus.
Amanda Pasko 



Art Director
Amanda has over ten years in visual communications, completing projects in corporate identity, print, web, and multimedia with Webtivity since 2004. She is an expert in corporate identity, print/media development and website marketing and is experienced in database management and .NET applications. She is also experienced with .NET, .PHP, HTML5, JavaScript, jQuery and Flash.
Amanda completed her BA in Graphic Design through coursework at a state university, private college, and an online program which provided a diverse perspective to completing design and development projects.
Patricia Sennhauser 



Marketing/Design Assistant
Patricia earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in International Business in 2012, with a directed focus in the areas of both Marketing and Management, from the University of South Florida. Supplementing her formal education in International Business, Patricia has also had extensive training and experience in foreign language, most notably in Spanish and Portuguese. She has further studied Latin American culture and business through hands-on experience, having traveled to Brazil and Paraguay and through her acceptance to a study abroad internship in Argentina. These experiences have given her valuable insight into diverse markets and important cultural considerations in marketing. Furthermore, her academic career was uniquely enriched by her involvement as a member of the Bulls Business Network, Alpha Kappa Psi business fraternity, and also as a graduate of the Honors College at USF.
Matt Scott 



Senior Design Specialist
Matt's expertise includes both print and web design, as well as web development and programming. He has been performing in the areas of graphic, print and web design for over ten years. He has a strong background in standards-compliant HTML and CSS with an emphasis on cross-browser compatibility.
Matt has studied web design technology at State College of Florida, and he completed his MA in Graphic Design from Savannah College of Art and Design.
