The Sun House Restaurant

The main themes of this website is Great Food; Stellar Service; Unique Atmosphere; Signature Events; People; and Sunsets at the Sun House. These themes are emphasized appropriately and the Photo Gallery categories are named as such.

The internal pages utilize a text “swish” on each page instead of the Flash utilized on the Home page. The internal pages have a more discrete header, different from the Home page Flash to minimize the amount of motion on the internal pages. This also provides the real-estate necessary for a page with information to be displayed.

The Sun House Restaurant has the image gallery separated into 6 categories, based upon the six main website themes named above. Each page has a large image area with thumbnails beneath it. When users mouse-over a thumbnail, that picture appears in the large image area. In order to accomplish this, six pages were created and the area is limited to 12 images in order to provide a streamlined design.
