History
While the property has been upgraded over recent years and caters to such prominent fixtures in the Bradenton community such as Tropicana and IMG Academies, the Shorewalk website did not adequately reflect the unique mixture of location and amenities offered. The website also did not conform to current search engine standards, which significantly reduced website visibility.
Process
Rob Ondo, the Director of Marketing & Business Development for Shorewalk, worked closely with our team throughout the design and development of the new Shorewalk website. After our initial project discussions, it became clear the website needed to be very features-based with an emphasis on promoting tangible benefits to users. To promote better online booking conversions, the new website features strong call-to-action, with the online booking area prominently placed for website visitors. To promote repeat business, Shorewalk instituted a loyalty program which offers a chance to win a free 2 night stay.
