  • Artificial traffic generation
  • Unauthorized scraping
  • Misleading advertising

Webtivity reserves the right to decline requests that conflict with industry guidelines or ethical marketing practices.


AI and Automated Systems

You may not use our Services or request services intended to:

  • Generate unlawful or fraudulent content.

  • Promptly notifying Webtivity of suspected unauthorized access.

  • Rights of publicity
  • Other intellectual property rights

Clients represent that they own or have permission to use all submitted content.


6. Hosting and Website Services

Where Webtivity provides hosting, maintenance, or managed website services, customers agree not to:

  • Host malicious software.
  • Operate phishing websites.
  • Distribute pirated software or copyrighted materials without authorization.
  • Host illegal content.
  • Abuse server resources in a manner that materially affects other customers.
  • Attempt unauthorized access to other customer environments.

7. Third-Party Platforms

Many Webtivity services involve third-party platforms such as search engines, advertising networks, social media platforms, analytics providers, hosting providers, and software vendors.

Clients agree to comply with the applicable terms and policies of these third-party providers.

Webtivity is not responsible for actions taken by third-party platforms, including account suspensions, advertising disapprovals, ranking changes, or service interruptions.

To protect our Services, Webtivity may investigate suspected violations of this Policy.
