History
Shorewalk Vacation Villas is located in Bradenton, FL, and has been providing self-catering condos and vacation rentals since 1988. Shorewalk offers over 250 fully furnished 2bed/2bath condos on 30 acres conveniently located in the heart of Brandenton. Shorewalk can also cater to corporate guests and large groups traveling to the area.
While the property has been upgraded over recent years and caters to such prominent fixtures in the Bradenton community such as Tropicana and IMG Academies, the Shorewalk website did not adequately reflect the unique mixture of location and amenities offered. The website also did not conform to current search engine standards, which significantly reduced website visibility.
Process
Rob Ondo, the Director of Marketing & Business Development for Shorewalk, worked closely with our team throughout the design and development of the new Shorewalk website. After our initial project discussions, it became clear the website needed to be very features-based with an emphasis on promoting tangible benefits to users. To promote better online booking conversions, the new website features strong call-to-action, with the online booking area prominently placed for website visitors. To promote repeat business, Shorewalk instituted a loyalty program which offers a chance to win a free 2 night stay.
The website and Virtual Tour also contained outdated photographs which can lead a website visitor to believe the property itself may be out of date. We strongly recommended providing professional, updated photographs for the new website.
